Modified dojo.js 0.4.2
Due to Domino producing content-type of application/x-javascript when using the &OutputFormat=JSON argument, I needed to update the core dojo.js file so that it would recognize and use that mimetype. 2 lines of code have been modified in dojo.js to do so. This is for version 0.4.2 of dojo.
