Date Picker with Calendar Icon

Thanks to Scott's comment on our original Date Picker demo which stated that the principle of affordance means that a Date Picker field should have a visible cue that the field is clickable, we decided that we needed to improve on the basic Date Picker provided by Dojo.

So here's a demo of the Dojomino Date Picker which does just that. An entry has also been added to our Demo database. We've also detailed how we customized the widget on the demo page itself if you want to know what was done.

1 - Also check out the new dojox.widget.Calendar widget I submitted a few weeks ago. It would be cool to integrate it with Dojomino. It has cool things like day, month and yearly views, as well as the ability to extend it with custom animations. See { Link }

2 - Tengo que poner un calendario, con el icono, pero no me deja descargar el dojomino 1.1. beta, me descarga un archivo de presentación y un archivo .nsf, que no se puede abrir. El dojo 1.1 lo tengo bajado correctamente con el dijit, dojox, dojo; pero me falta bajar el dojomino, como puedo hacer, porque me imagino que alli estaran las librerias que utilizan pra colocar el icono en el text de la fecha. Gracias
