Here's a beautiful demo of an alternate presentation for Craig's List by Luke Birdeau. It uses a commercial js framework called the General Interface, so it is not exclusively Dojo driven. It does use Dojo for browser-based storage and Luke writes:

Beyond that I'd definitely like to acknowledge dojo and the dojo.storage widget that I use to persist user data. Using this control allowed me to implement session storage (like favorite posts, blocked posts, settings, phone numbers, etc), without requiring a server component. This means that whatever you choose to save will be persisted on the computer you are using--nowhere else.
While I'm In the process of designing a better Domino view widget (v3), this is another interesting presentation layout. I like the row selection, view image interface, document open, widget resizing, and the autoscroller is interesting too. And for all the google map examples out there, this one is really relevant (from personal experience of trying to figure out where I'd potentially have to go to connect with a seller on Craig's List). This feature comes up when you look at an item and click the contact button.
